Description of the problem | I purchased a 2014 ford focus back on april 24, 2014. I took my car to crown ford service department for the second time on 9/02/14 to be service for shuddering, loss of power, passenger window wouldn't let down, it rolls backwards on incline with automatic transmission, and has this grinding noise. Ford was saying this is normal, if this is the new normal, then i pass on purchasing a ford. I feel this car is needing to be recall before there are more serious injuries. I am 21 years old and i feel this car is an increase risk for a accident. |
