Description of the problem | I recently brought my 2014 focus in to the dealer, because the trunk would not open. According to the ford dealer, this is a known issue, and the wiring needed to be replaced. Although i paid the whopping $421. 30 for the repair, including a $120 diagnostic fee, i feel that ford should take responsibility since this is a known issue unrelated to normal wear and tear on a vehicle and issue a recall. |
