Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford focus. The contact stated that while stopped and attempting to enter the vehicle, the keyfob failed to unlock the doors. The contact had to manually unlock the doors using the keys. The contact also was unable to start the vehicle. The vehicle was jump started but was not drivable. The vehicle was towed multiple times to chenango sales inc located at 976 ny-12, greene, ny 13778, where it was diagnosed with needing body control module to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, two weeks later the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and repaired however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer had not been informed of failure. The failure mileage was 78,713. |
