Description of the problem | While driving car suddenly began to loose rpm, motor quit running, could not restart. Vehicle had to be towed. I was told the motor was bad and would have to be replaced, the next day was told the fuel pump was bad and was all that was needed replaced, then was told the problem was caused by "bad fuel" and not covered by my extended warranty. I get gasoline at same place, they tell me there have been no other complaints about problems with fuel. Only last month i noticed oil on sides of car and the water pump was replaced, was told by mechanic at ford that the "oil and water were mixing". All this sounds a little too weird to be happening to a 2014 vehicle and i am not happy about having to spend over $500 to repair a car this new. |
