Description of the problem | Entire car will jerk in and out of first and second gear at low speeds. There is a delay in shifting when accelerating, almost like the transmission is "slipping." driving in traffic the car jumps forward and slips back into first and second gear. This car only has 12,xxx miles on it and it is already having powertrain problems. We also own a 2013 focus and the dealer replaced the transmission seals and clutch after it began to leak - car had same symptoms as described above. |
