Description of the problem | Vehicle has a inherent problem with the automatic transmission. It seems to slip and cause the vehicle to jerk from a start. Dealer says it is normal and refuses to do anything about it. Vehicle was returned to service department a total of 3 times. This is a very dangerous situation and is unsafe. This vehicle needs to be recalled to have this addressed before someone gets killed. |
