Description of the problem | I bought my 2014 ford focus in august of 2014, ever since i have had transmission problems. The car shakes, shudders and jerks with acceleration. It also makes a grinding vibrating noise. I have taken it in for service multiple times and have been told this is normal for ford cars. I do not feel safe driving and am afraid the car will stall one day as i do a lot of city driving with multiple stops and accelerations. I should not be having these problems with a new car. Ford needs to recall this issue, as it is a danger to drivers. |
