Description of the problem | Bought car brand new in june of 2014. After approx. 5,000 miles, car started hesitating, stuttering, vibrating at acceleration. Other times, it feels like it is going to just take off on its own. Other times it feels like it is going to stall out at any time. I mentioned this at my last visit to dealer and was told it is "normal for this type of transmission". They said they made some adjustment and there was nothing else that can be done. This is unacceptable! How many complaints must be recorded before anything is done about this problem?? I feel unsafe at times and hope the government can put some pressure on the ford company to own responsibility and correct this ongoing problem. |
