Description of the problem | Even though transmission was replaced back in october 2016, march 2017 the vehicle was hard shifting, and not taking reverse. Was told 2nd, 3rd, and reverse gears were broken and power train went bad. Although everything was under warranty and all parts replaced. Still don't understand how power train and gears broke when a new transmission was placed into the vehicle less than a 1yr ago. |
