Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford focus. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to accelerate from a stop. The contact had to remove his foot from the accelerator pedal in order for the vehicle to accelerate. The failure recurred four times. The vehicle was taken to the jc lewis ford dealer in savannah, ga where it was diagnosed that the clutch failed due to age and needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that a few years ago, the transmission was reprogrammed, but the failure recurred.
