Description of the problem | I received a letter from the manufacturer about a recall dealing with the clutch, i took my car to the ford dealership just like the letter stated! Well they refused to replace the part, stating my car didn't meet the requirements to be replaced! I left with the car still not fixed! That was 6 months ago, i just took it back to the dealership again, and of course they refusing to replace anything on it under the recall! So, i was told that my car warranty has expired, ( it was still under warranty when i first took it to them) now they trying to make me pay 2300 dollars to get it fixed! Don't every buy a ford! |
