Description of the problem | After purchasing this car brand new from a ford dealer in dayton, oh in december 2013, i have experienced a violent shudder of the car when initially accelerating from a stopped position. I went back to the dealership after 1,500 and was told that this is normal for this car and that not to worry about it. I currently have 94,000 miles on the car and have returned to the dealership every 10-15k to inquire of a fix for the car. Around 60,000 miles in they finally said that they had a software update for the fix. They performed this update and the issue went away for a few weeks but returned shortly after. |
