Description of the problem | Automatic car would not shift correctly in gear especially while in 1st gear this made it difficult to pull into traffic and keep up speed with the transmission jerking trying to change gears. This almost caused my daughter to get hit several times. Took to dealership 3 times for computer programming. 1 time for clutch replacement and finally dealership said the car was unsafe to drive but they couldn't do amy more warranty work on it. Clutch wore out less than 6 months after being replaced. Dealer wanted payment up front before they would repair the car. |
