Description of the problem | Car purchased used in feb 2018. 60,000 miles on the odometer. After a few days i noticed the car would shudder whenever i accelerated from a stop sign or light. I took it to the local dealer (battlefield ford, manassas va) who test drove it and said there was nothing wrong and that, in fact, "it was the best driving 2014 focus he (the service manager) had ever test driven." they didn't do anything to solve the problem. A year and a half later the problem remains. Now i see there's an investigation and that ford knew about this shuddering problem since even before putting the model out for sale. |
