Description of the problem | I bought my son a 2014 ford focus two years ago it was a rebuilt/salvaged title that had been fully repaired. It was a nice car and is. I took it to rockwall ford for recalls door latch and transmission clutch issue. They were nice and said there is no need to replace the clutch until it starts acting up. But we are giving you 100k plus miles extended warranty. Fast forward two years my son is driven the call 20k plus miles and now in tucson az attending college and tuttle ford in tucson, az said it was not covered because the car has a salvaged title. This is not right, the salvage title has nothing to do with a clutch recall. He said the other day he was driving on the highway and it did not want to go. |
