Description of the problem | I have tried on several occasions to have my car repaired because it shudders, jerks and hesitates each time i was told that they couldn't fix the recall or warranty issue because the diagnostic wasn't showing any problems. The car has continued to do the same but now i'm told this is the problem but it is no longer under warranty because the mileage is at 119,000 miles and it exceeded the 100,000 miles for the warranty. The first time i took the car to a dealership it was under 100,000. I think i'm being taken advantage of because ford new of these problems and i don't believe there should be a time or mileage limit. The vehicle has stopped in the middle of excelerating, it jerks when you attempt to pull off and shudders while in motion. |
