Description of the problem | Ford replaced the door latches under recall 9 months ago and the driver door latch has broken, again. Ford states that warranty for recall parts is 12 months/12,000 miles. I have driven 14,000 since the repair. This is still an active recall and yet the dealer is charging approximately $300. 00 for the repair. This is so wrong, it's still a safety issue as now my driver door won't stay closed. |
