Description of the problem	I purchased this vehicle in 2016. A week later i took it back to the dealership, they drove it said nothing was wrong. 8 months later i took it back over the transmission, they drove it, said nothing was wrong, about 7 months ago i took it in over the recall on the door locks, requested the transmission be checked as well. Nothing was done on the transmission. I just learned from the ford motor company about the extended warranty on the transmission module and clutch assembly. The dealership did not tell me about this. I now sit with this vehicle with no way to get it to the dealership, and no offer of help from them. They want me to have it towed and pay $ 110 dollars to put on a machine. I am on a fixed income and can not afford to do this. This issue should have been addressed one of the three times i took it in. The transmission has jumped,jerks, lunges, reduces speed pull out since i bought it. Now it goes to neutral while driving and you have to pull off and put it in park, wait and put back in drive and hope it catches. It's to dangerous to drive now so it's parked.
