Description of the problem | I took my car into the ford dealership for a safety recall involving a stuck canuster purge valve in the fuel tank. At the time, (march 2020) they used one of their devices to detect pressure and no codes came up with a detection so they did not fix the valve and closed my recall. It is now only 9 months later and the same valve that was recalled is faulty and has crushed my fuel tank and deformed my pump. They however, are refusing to reopen the recall and fix the issue even though it is a very severe safety hazard. My fuel tank could combust at any time because it isnt able to release pressure properly and this all due to their faulty valve involved in recall #: 18v735000 is there anything you guys can do on your wnd to help me fight this? |
