Description of the problem | Our car was manufactured with a bad transmission, just as our previous ford had been. 1. Ford never recalled either car. We had to go to them. 2. This 2016 focus was repaired, and the only assurance they can give us is that it will fail again. Meanwhile, they will not even take the car in to inspect how it is misbehaving now. |
