Description of the problem | Transmission recall and buyback. Transmission problems, took to redwood ford for repairs. Transmission recalled and qualified for buy back after we moved. Case worker sent paperwork and check to sanderson ford in healdsburg. Sanderson refused to process buyback. Transmission still acting up. Caseworker sent paperwork to redwood ford in ukiah. 3 weeks later redwood ford says they have paperwork but no check. Caseworker said she had check sent 3 weeks ago. Messages left with caseworker and other complaint departments in ford corporation with no response. Transmission worse. Car will not always accelerate when pedal pushed down. Been working with ford caseworker for many months! |
