Description of the problem | The transmission sputters and shakes and makes a grinding noise. I am fearful that it is going to fail and cause a severe accident injuring myself or someone else. This is a ongoing problem. The dealer said this is normal for this car. I first took it in around 17,000 miles. It is only getting worse. The dealer initially told me that ford was aware of this problem and would fix it. Now they will not honor there word and say it is out of warranty. |
