Description of the problem | My mother is a senior citizen. Peacock ford (maitland fl) performed extensive transmission work replacing transmission control module (tcm) & clutches shortly before we purchased in feb 2019. They did not disclose this to us. May 2019, ford had to replace the tcm again. July 2019, ford had to replace the clutches again. Given that my mother is a senior citizen, if the transmission goes out while she's driving, she may panic and cause a serious accident. This situation is not acceptable. |
