Description of the problem | I bought a 2016 ford focus in october of 2017 it just stopped running about a month ago i took it to a mechanic and he said the transmission was "done" i am severly confused i have kept up on all oil changes for 3 years i started experiencing some engine misses i have done the research and i know that the transmission on this make and model has been defective i still owe on this car , ii cant get anyone from ford to communicate with me to fix this issue the car is only 3 years old with 90,000 miles i bought the car with 60,000 miles i am seeking help to fix a manufacturer problem |
