Description of the problem | When i drive my "brand new" 2016 ford focus that only has 11k miles on it, the transmission slips, stalls, and shutters. It's a road hazard because when i accelerate the car doesn't have power to accelerate with up coming traffic on the road, especially the highway. Not only does this cause a hazard for me and people on the highway, but it's also an embarrassing ordeal to deal with. I have went to the ford dealership i have bought the car through 5 times! Ford refuses to fix the problem even though they have the ability to do so, i don't know what to do and i feel very stuck. |
