Description of the problem | My 2014 ford fusion's door/window controls will stop working and the climate control will not work either. It occurs sporadically. I do live in arizona where temperatures can get exceedingly hot. I have brought my car into the dealership (as early as the 2nd/3rd day of ownership) several times without any resolution. It's gotten to the point that i purchased a special tool to break the car window. This can cause a death. My son and i were in this predicament we couldn't do anything we started to sweat really bad and get red. Thankfully i had water in the car. After several attempts of turning the car off and on several times the system woke up. I rolled the windows down and purchased the window breaking tool. This has occurred while in motion and stationary, on city streets and highways. |
