Description of the problem | My 2014 ford fusion with 54,000 miles has an engine problem. Somehow the coolant/anti-freeze was allowed to leak into the engine. Initially i sent it to ford of waxahachie, tx when the light first came on. The dealership said it was low coolant and sent my car home. 5 days later i'm 20 miles from home and it overheats again and the check engine light comes on. The coolant continued to get into the engine through warped gasket or cylinder and this time it ruined my engine. I took it back to the ford and they don't want to take any of the blame on the misdiagnosis. Instead they prefer i pay $6,000 for a new engine. |
