Description of the problem | I was driving on the highway when i got the notification that my car was running hot. I wasn't to far from home so i decided to keep driving, when i slowed down it would level out but when i would speed up i would get the notification again. My husband put coolant in it that day but within two weeks we got the notification again and had to purchase more coolant to put in the car and then another two weeks we got the notification again. Had to put even more coolant. Took it to the dealership and they say that my coolant is leaking into my engine and it will be 6500 to repair. I have been researching the problem and other fords have had recalls dealing with the coolant but my car was not included in those recalls. |
