Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford fusion. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v875000 (seat belts); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact was informed by the manufacturer that the vehicle was safe to drive and it was not a stop sale recall. The contact was also informed that they would have the parts in april; however, upon another conversation with the manufacturer, the contact was informed that the date was changed to some time in october or november.
