Description of the problem | I was made aware of a recall involving the seatbelts on my 2014 ford fusion back in 2016. I've inquired multiple times about having it fixed and each time ford has told me they don't have a fix. It has been 2 years now. I feel unsafe traveling in the car and having passengers ride in my car. It seems like 2 years is a long time to have a recall where your seatbelts could fail open this long without a remedy is frightening and irresponsible. I hope i am not involved in a car accident and they fail to restrain myself or someone else. |
