Description of the problem | The passenger side door latch failed, causing the door to open while driving on a residential street. This happened only 3 months after the driver's side door latch also failed. My 2014 ford fusion is not currently included in the already existing recall of the faulty door latches. Ford will not reimburse or cover the expenses to have either door latch fixed. This is a serious safety issue for me, my wife, and daughter. |
