Description of the problem | I attempted to have my car repaired under recall 20v331 and the dealer said that "the recall is for door latches that are not available yet". I was informed that there is no timeline for when the parts will be available. The recall says that this is to verify that work done on 15s16 or 16s30 was done correctly. What is the point of a recall if the company won't fix the problem? |
