Description of the problem | The interior of the car has a toxic smell from the carpet causing occupants to have migraine. The dealership steamed the carpet and it is same if not worse, i just don't believe it is safe for long trips especially in cold weather when opening the windows is foolish. Please advise on possible solutions. The dealership says there is nothing the can do to rid the car of the smell. |
