Description of the problem	Pulled up to my destination, put vehicle in park, turned the vehicle off and began to exit the vehicle. As i exited vehicle it began to roll backwards. I fell back into car and abruptly applied the brakes. The car shifter had not gone into park when i moved it upwards towards park and instead had gotten locked in neutral. I was still able to remove the key from the ignition even though it had not engaged in park and turned the car off. Now gear shifter is stuck in neutral and will not move. Took the vehicle to boggus ford and they say that problem is not under power train warranty. Ford recalled 2014-2015 ford fusions for this exact problem on november 18, 2014 but now they tell me that my car was not made at the particular plant included in the recall so my issue isn't covered. As you can see from the attached photo my key is sitting on top of the steering wheel with the vehicle not in park indicator light on and the vehicle off.
