Description of the problem | Approx. 32k miles. Car had been parked for about 4 hours on level surface street. Sunny day, about 80 deg. F. Upon starting the vehicle to drive, the drivers seat belt was seized in retracted position and would not extend. After jerking on the belt 4-5 times as hard and quick as possible the belt has freed up for now; however, i have no idea if this will be a recurring problem or a common problem.
