Description of the problem	Started car and placed into reverse to back out of parking space. As i backed up i tried to turn my steering wheel, but couldn't. The steering wheel was completely locked and would not turn at all. After turning the car off and on several times i was finally able to drive the car. This has occurred on four separate occasions in a one month period. Once at the dealership i was told that the issue was the steering gear box, a $1,700 fix for a car that is less than two years old, but out of the 36,000 basic warranty. The car is being repaired at a local ford dealer, i will provide the repair invoice once the work is complete.
