Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford fusion. Before starting the vehicle, it was discovered that the steering wheel was extremely loose and would physically move approximately 1 to 2 inches in either direction. The failure was repaired by replacing the bolts and applying a tread lock adhesive to the bolts. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,000. |
