Description of the problem | Left rear door of a 2015 fusion,( 21,000 miles) swung open while making a right turn from one city street to another city street. Fortunately no one was sitting in rear seat by that door. The door would not stay closed. Car was taken to dealer and door latch had to be replaced. It is to be determined if the extended warranty will cover the cost of repairs. From online search it appears this is a serious recurring problem with ford vehicles |
