Description of the problem | John hoffman received a notice dated july 2015 that a defect with the air bag could cause serious injury, including death. He took his vehicle to the dealer but was told that the parts are not available. He does not want to drive the vehicle if it poses serious risk to his safety. If he wants to trade in his car or demand a refund, how does he go about doing so? Court? |
