Description of the problem | The parts are still not available according to my local ford dealer sheehy ford 10601 midlothian trnpk richmond va (877) 615-8301. I am concerned about driving my car if there is a chance the air bag will rupture and cause injury or death according to the recall information. Why can't there be a temporary fix to prevent injury (removal of air bag) or an offer to pay for rental car until parts are available? I feel that my life is at risk driving my car due to the risk of air bag rupture as specifically described in the letter. I rely on this car to get me to and from work and use it to transport my grandchildren. What can be done to resolve my risk until the parts can be replaced. |
