Description of the problem	Takata recall... Was notified back in july 2015.... Have called and inquired about parts for over a year several times to several ford dealerships and have been told no replacement parts available yet and that it's safe to drive my car"! Really! It's now almost october 2016 and still no availability to fix yet they sent me yet another recall notice to have it fixed! I'm getting nervous about driving my car! The customer relations center for ford motors to,d there is no rental car provisions and quite frankly not willing to risk my life or face for a fender bender! Please notify me asap about possibly ford taking this car back and i'll go buy something else if they can't take care of their existing customers and concerns about my safety! I am livid with this level or lack of customer service and their disconcert for me and my children's safety! May 2016 received another notice to no avail being able to replace! How in the world is this ok with the national traffic and motor vehicle safety act! I want better results than this!
