Description of the problem	Hello, i hope this message finds you well, i would like to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with my 2014 ford mustang. Unfortunately as you are aware the takata driver side air bag inflator recall has immensely hindered my opportunity of selling the vehicle. Ford has not been helpful, due to the recall the value of the vehicle has strongly decreased. They have not relayed substantial information which will essentially fix the recall. "a notice will be sent to you in the mail", i have not received any information in the mail. I've called numerous times and it appears quite frankly ford does not care about this issue. Ford motor co has demonstrated a disregard on when the parts will be sent to fix the recall, and or helping me get rid of the vehicle. I have a payoff amount of $18,168. 00, unfortunately for me i've been dealing with this recall for nearly two years. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with ford motor co.
