Description of the problem | I have not had an incident. I am filing this complaint, as this vehicle was subject to a recall, #15v319, on 5-27-15 and the repair is still not available. As of 1-4-17, parts to fix the recall issue have not been provided to local dealers. It seems to me that ford should have provided the parts necessary to effect this repair by this time, as over 1 1/2 years have elapsed since the recall notice was issued. It is unsettling to know that this defect exists as we must still use the car on a daily basis. |
