Description of the problem | Takara recall my daughter was driving on a city street and all of a sudden front and side driver side airbags deployed spontaneously and exploded causing her burns and lacerations. Also caused bruising and pain on her shoulder, pain in neck lowerback and ribcage area. This caused her to rear end another vehicle. The battery completely died after and needed to be jump started by tow company. They also couldn't get the trunk to open. I have a claim with ford and they did ask me at my cost to deliver car to dealership so they could retrieve the rcm but my insurance will not allow the vehicle to be removed. I did contact my product claim rep and now i am being completely ignored. This is a very dangerous defect that needs to be investigated. Thank you. |
