Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 ford mustang. While driving 20 mph, the power steering ability failed. The contact stated that the power steering ability would come and go and the accutrax service warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to family ford-lincoln (909 pike st, marietta, oh 45750 (740) 373-3431) where it was diagnosed that the power steering box needed replacement. The contact mentioned that no reason was given as to why the power steering box needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. When the contact arrived home, he found water in the connector pins with the power steering box, and the pins were corroded. The manufacturer was notified, but did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 21,600. bf consumer stated electrical steering box, positive and negative terminal plug had water in it and the male terminal; spade is corroded causing loss of steering.
