Description of the problem	Rust on hood, already documented at friendship ford in lenoir, nc. This car is taken care of very well with regular washing and waxing, we were almost sick to our stomach to find rust with so few miles and on an aluminum hood at that. We were really shocked when we were told it was not covered because it was not perforated. I have spoken to several people in the field and they say they have never seen aluminum perforate due to rust. I hope ford motor co. Will do the right thing and fix these problems that they already know exist. My self and many other loyal customers are left with a deflated feeling toward a company we once admired the workmanship of and where quality was always job 1.
