 Description of the problemTl* the contact owns a 2015 ford mustang. While driving approximately 70 mph, the driver approached heavy traffic, but the brakes did not slow down the vehicle. The driver used the emergency brake to slow the vehicle down. There were no warning indicators illuminated.
