Description of the problem | Head gaskets failed completely. Upon bringing to ford dealer, informed that they know problem existed. Never contacted about the existence of the problem. Ford company contacted several times about my seeking reimbursement for towing charges incurred. Basically, the ford company is not cooperating. |
