Com which states that: i am "still eligible for the 01m03 extended coverage on the front springs". I would very much appreciate it if either ford, or my ford dealer would reimburse me for the money i paid out of my own pocket to my ford dealer on may 7th, 2005 to have those front springs replaced since ms. Kinley's email dated july 11th, 2005 states that i am "still eligible for the 01m03 extended coverage on the front springs".
