Description of the problem | The steering is becoming progressively difficult particularly at low speeds. It appears to almost lock up. I contacted gmc because there have been so many complaints about this very thing and it is quite costly to repair. Gmc referred me back to the dealer. This is a dangerous defect in this vehicle and is a matter of time before someone is caught unable to steer their moving acadia with disasterous consequences. I would have thought with a history of this problem from 2014 this car would not have left the dealers lot with the potential of this issue yet i purchased it just last year. What do i do now? I see that i am the 129th owner to complain.... Gmc should own this issue and repair/recall it immediately. |
